Overview
The Market Research intern will research, compile, and analyze information related to the product placement for our B2B and B2C segments. This is a work from home internship and will be remunerated on the successful completion of the given tasks. As an intern, you are always welcome to share your ideas or strategies which could be beneficial for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Research and compile list of prospective clients, retails store and prospective events.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis for all the marketing verticals.

Videographer
Overview
We, at Hermit Coffee, are looking for a Full-time videographer / video editor who have some basic understanding of Camera & lighting setups and can create short form videos of coffee recipes, our participation in various events & food fests, office vlogs and etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, competitors and technology in video editing and post-production
- Setting up cameras, lighting, backdrops, and any other props required for a shoot
- Work with our marketing team to create pre-production video content
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 year relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of Social media algorithms especially short-form videos
- Basic knowledge of Camera settings & lighting
- Plus points if you have any experience in product photography or videography
Location & working days
- Hybrid (atleast 3 days in office at Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-1)
- 5 days a week

Marketing Intern
Overview
We, at Hermit Coffee, are looking for 2 Marketing Interns who could join our team immediately. This is a Hybrid (and Paid) internship with atleast 2 working days in a week in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation - Collaborate with founding team and video editor and create content for social media
- Marketing Strategy - Understand the coffee industry and create strategy for offline and online market
- Competitor Analysis - Conduct competitor research and analysis for all the marketing verticals
- Community Management - Figure out the potential target market based on genre and build content strategy and community around that genre via online platforms
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work as an individual and in group
- Plus point if you have any experience in content creation whether personal or for corporates
Location & working days
- Hybrid (atleast 2 days a week in office at Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-1)
